courses
The sailing club Sport Nautique Andernos is certified as a Sailing School by the French Sailing Federation. Trainees are supervised by French state qualified instructors.
From 4 years old, different supports are available. This allows optimal conditions for learning on equipments adapted to each age.
The courses run from Monday to Friday with daily sessions of 2h30 duration each, according to the tides (2h00 for the youngest).

Moussaillon from 4 to 5 Years
Full week course
Children discover water activities and the marine world coast.
The goal is to promote their awakening of the marine sense and to make them aware of the environment wealth and protection.

Trainees are supervised by certified environmental instructors, French state qualified instructors. Trainees must comply with the rules of procedure and the safety instructions given by the instructors.

Bermuda shorts or pants – T-shirt – Sweatshirt – Windproof – Sneakers or closed shoes – Sunscreen – Sunglasses with cord – Cap – Water bottle.
Shorties are available for 5 euros a week (not included in the course price).

Optimist Course From 6 To 12 Years
Full-Week Course
The small dinghy «OPTIMIST» is the ideal boat for sailing initiation for all budding sailors.
For the youngest, it is not necessary to know how to swim, however the child must not have a panic reaction to contact with water. His state of health must not include a contraindication to the practice of sailing.

420 dinghy course for 13 years and over
Full-week course
The 420 dinghy is aimed at young people and adults for the learning of sailing and the improvement of all the subtleties of navigation.

Initiation and development on adapted equipment for beginners and for improvement. The balance will be put to the test but the satisfaction will be all the greater.

Full-week course
The New Cat 10.5 is an ideal support for young people who want to have thrills. Indeed the catamaran is the ideal boat to combine navigation speed and navigators comfort. He will be tolerant in the moments of strong wind and an ideal playmate in light weather.
Children must know how to swim.
